Refund policy

We at CrunchCraze put our customers' satisfaction at the forefront of our business. We aim to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund policy below:

1. Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will ask you to provide photographic evidence. Once approved, we will either refund you in full, provide a replacement, or give you store credit, based on your preference.

2. Returns: Due to food safety, product is returnable only when you received an expired food or spoiled food, turned sour food.

3. Cancellations: You may cancel an order before it is shipped for a full refund. Unfortunately, if the item has been shipped, we can't cancel the order or offer a refund.

4. Non-refundable Items: Please note that clearance items, gift cards, and promotional items are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, refund, or cancellation, please email our customer service team . After we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

CrunchCraze reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds and/or charge a restocking fee for any product that doesn't comply with the above-mentioned conditions.
